・Room size: 50 m2
・Chairs: 30, maximum 35 persons
・Tables: 2 large tables, 6 small tables, 2 round tables

Service

・Food and beverages are allowed (you can bring your own food and beverages, but you cannot store or heat your own food in the refrigerator).
・Please let us know if you would like to use the projector screen.
・Please take your garbage with you.
If you wish to have our facility dispose of your garbage, we can do so for a fee of 550 yen per 45L garbage bag (advance application required by the day before the event).

Seminars (drinks, snacks, dinner and preparation available for an additional fee), parties and events

Cancellation Policy

– Cancellations made up to 48 hours after reservation: No cancellation fee, no service fee
– Cancellations made over 48 hours after reservation: No cancellation fee, service fee (5% of total reservation cost)
– Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to reservation day: Cancellation fee (50% of total reservation cost), service fee (5% of total reservation cost)
– Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to reservation day: Cancellation fee (100% of total reservation cost), service fee (5% of total reservation cost)
