Our check-in time is between 4 PM and 9 PM. If you arrive before check-in time, we are happy to store your luggage for you in the meantime. If you leave your luggage with us, please make sure to return before 9 PM to pick it up.
Yes. Guests are able to check out anytime before 11:00AM. If you check out before 8 AM, please use the back door. After 8:00AM, you can use the main door to go out.
Yes. You can leave your luggage with us any time after 8 AM on your check in day.
Yes. You can leave your luggage with us anytime until 9PM on your check out date.
There is no curfew, but the front door is locked after 11 PM. Guests can enter/exit the building through the side door (code operated).
There is no need to check in/check out if you are staying more than 1 night (unless you have a bed change) and you are welcome to stay in your bedroom during cleaning hours.
To stay in a dormitory, guests must be 15 years of age or older. Anyone of any age can stay in a private room, as long as they are accompanied by someone 15 years of age or older.
We require guests’ credit card information when making a booking. For security purposes, we will not take reservations over the phone. We recommend that you make a booking through our website.

Yes you can pay by both cash or credit card upon check in. However, please note that credit card information is required to make a booking. For private rooms, payment by credit card is required at the time of reservation.

There is a convenience store 10 seconds walk from the hostel and several more within 5 minutes walk. There are two supermarkets in central Kagurazaka about 10 minutes walk from UNPLAN Kagurazaka.
We do not have a parking lot. You can find paid parking in several locations nearby.
No. Our receptionists assign guests’ beds prior to check in. However, if guests have any requests, they may contact us and tell us in advance. Please note that it is dependent on availability and we cannot guarantee your request.

Towels are available for rent (face towel ¥100, bath towel ¥200). Please note that the towels are not exchanged so if you require a new towel we ask you to pay the fee again.

There is a basic kitchen in the common room with a fridge, microwave, stove, toaster oven, hot water kettle, sink.
Unfortunately we are not a barrier-free hostel. We do have an elevator so we recommend staying our private rooms with the accompaniment of an assitance.
For guests staying in dormitory rooms, we can exchange your linen for free once every 4 nights. For guests in private rooms, please let a staff member know by 11 AM the day you wish for room cleaning.
There are no lockers for large luggage (ie. suitcases). Guests are welcome to store their bags in empty spaces in the dormitory. There is also a bit of space inside the bed capsules for bags and other belongings.
Each dormitory bed is equipped with a small security box with a lock. The private rooms are equipped with an electronic safe box.

Yes, you can. However, we charge 400 yen per night for luggage stored at our hostel on days that the guest does not stay with us.
We serve all guests simple breakfast for free at Gather by UNPLAN on the first floor. You can order other breakfast menu with additional fee at the cafe.
There is free wifi throughout the building.
