[Important] Notice for Guests Booking Female-Only Rooms | Please Check Your Reservation Details
Thank you for choosing UNPLAN Fukuoka.
To help our female guests feel safe and comfortable, we offer female-only rooms (such as our female-only dormitory). Recently, however, there has been an increase in cases where male guests have booked female-only rooms.
Male guests cannot stay in female-only rooms. Please make sure to double-check the room type when making your reservation.
If a Male Guest Has Booked a Female-Only Room
- We will be unable to accommodate the guest in the booked room.
- As a general rule, our standard cancellation policy will apply to the cancellation of the reservation. This also applies if the issue is discovered on the day of check-in.
- If a bed or room available for male guests is vacant on the date of stay, we will offer it to you instead. If there is a price difference from the original booking, you will be asked to pay the difference.
- Depending on availability, we may not be able to offer an alternative bed or room. We appreciate your understanding.
Please Check the Following
- Whether the room type in your booking confirmation email includes “Female only” or similar wording
- Whether all guests in your reservation meet the conditions of the booked room type
If you have booked a female-only room by mistake, please change or rebook your reservation through your booking site before your date of stay.
