Once the payment has been settled and confirmed with UNPLAN Village Hakuba, your reservation will be confirmed.
・Please bring your student ID card. A copy will be taken at the time of check-in. In the case that it cannot be confirmed that you are a student, the regular accommodation fee may be charged.
・After submitting the application form, UNPLAN Village Hakuba will send you a confirmation email and inform you of the payment method. (Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until you receive contact from the accommodation directly)
・There are several types of dormitory rooms at the facility available for accommodation. Please note that in the case of a large group, members may be separated into different rooms.
